The Toronto Police Service is seeking the public's assistance locating a wanted man.

On Tuesday, September 14, 2021, officers responded to a call for an assault in the Yonge St. and Davisville Ave. area.

It is alleged that:

- a man forced a woman into a home

- the man assaulted and choked the woman

- the man assaulted the woman with a variety of weapons

- the man then fled

Jahmar Drelle Sweet, 32, of Toronto, is wanted for:

1. Forcible Entry
2. Assault
3. Three counts of Assault with a Weapon
4. Assault-Choking
5. Assault Bodily Harm
6. Utter Threats
7. Forcible Confinement
8. Fail To Comply- Probation Order

He is described as 6'0" 172 lbs., with a thin build, dark goatee, and brown eyes.
