Left the YMCA in New Britain, CT on 4/03/2018. Vehicle left in parking spot. All clothing, personal articles and money left in Don's room.

His hair is brown and shaved close to head, he has a close shaven beard and mustache, wire framed glasses (“may or may not have them”)

Black outline: Scottish Cochrane clan tattoo on Upper right arm
Cochrane in Upper shield/ Banner with horse below, Scottish flag
Colored: Confederate flag on Upper back, left side, with possible skull on flag.

he also has acne.

He was last last seen wearing jeans or heavy work pants, long sleeved jersey shirt, fleece jacket, work boots, wire framed glasses, possibly has Oakley sunglasses. Also has black wallet (bill fold style), black cell phone.

“No vehicle. Walks.” Is listed under transportation methods, but that makes no sense as his vehicle was left in his parking spot?
