Cold Case: Jakeem Tully

On July 20, 2008, at approximately 2:10 a.m. Hartford Police were called to St. Francis Hospital after a person who had been shot was brought to the hospital in a private vehicle.
Subsequent investigation determined that the victim, Jakeem Tully, was brought to the hospital by two individuals who were driving by the market at 485 Albany Avenue when they saw him wounded and in need of assistance.
The 15-year-old Tully had been shot twice. No one at the scene notified the police. He was pronounced dead at the hospital at 2:42 a.m.
