MIAMI – Courtney Clenney, the OnlyFans model accused of murdering her boyfriend at their Edgewater high-rise in 2022, was back in a Miami courtroom as prosecutors looked to prove that Clenney and her parents didn’t have permission to access a laptop found at the murder scene.

Clenney, along with her parents, are facing computer crime charges in the case. Prosecutors say they illegally accessed a laptop belonging to Christian Obumseli, Clenney’s boyfriend and the victim in the case.

Defense attorneys are looking to poke holes in prosecutors’ theory, saying that it may have been a shared device.
