On June 26th 2015, the decomposing body of a male was located in the Chicago river in Chicago, Illinois. The man was estimated to be white and between the ages of 60 and 75. The man had a distinctive tattoo of a moon and stars. He was found wearing black loafers, black socks, dark colored jeans and shorts style underwear all pictured in the link.

Description
Male White 5’9”, 164 lbs. Brown eyes, short brown hair, faint beard Tattoo: moon and planet with rings
Clothing: blue jeans, white boxer underwear. Accompanying the body: 2 black shoes and 2 black socks

Could he be this man: James Romines

5'8"-5'9", 160-180 lbs

Romines disappeared a year before from his home in Centralia Illinois.
I don’t see anything about tattoos if he did or didn’t have one but I saw something about a faint beard tattoo, not sure what that was supposed to look like.
