UPDATE: Xavier Breland posted $15,000 surety bond Friday & was released again from Hamilton Co. jail. Meanwhile, his wife Ciera Breland has been missing for almost 2 years. He reported her missing from their Carmel home. But she was last seen in Georgia.

Based on what we've read previously in MSM reports, his mother paid his earlier bond. IMO it seems logical to assume his mother once again paid for this, especially given the change of address listed above.

My question is: why was XB allowed to post bond in the first place?

As reported in MSM, he declined to appear for his previous hearing and had to be re-arrested several weeks later down in GA. Why would anyone give XB the opportunity to disappear again?

IMO It's only a level 4 felony and they can't keep him in jail.
As I understand there is a bond schedule they go by, depending of the severity of the crime.
