Refreshing this case.
Purely speculation on my part - this case is solvable - she has a lot of identifiers - but she's not reported missing in NJ, and perhaps her last known hairstyle differs from her reconstruction. The connection to her identity hasn't been made, but she probably has family somewhere wondering where she is...
