ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC-TV) - State Police are asking for the public’s help to solve an 11-year-old homicide case involving a Rochester woman.
On Wednesday, May 31, 2006, at approximately 8:30 p.m., 39-year-old Penny Louise Schicker was last seen leaving Barberry Terrace on foot in the City of Rochester.
On Thursday, June 1, 2006, the body of a white adult female was found along Pease Road in the Town of Williamson by a young boy on a bike ride. The victim was later identified as Schicker.
Schicker was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, grey PUMA shorts, and brown sandals. She is described as a white female, 5’8, and approximately 250 pounds.
State Police say numerous interviews of several individuals have been conducted over the years, but the case has remained unsolved.
