I apologize for my bad wording on his murder trial case. I should have just said "murder case."
The trial date has not been set yet.

Here's what the docket looks like: the prelim hearing was stricken and the case was placed on the status docket for Aug 1. On June 29, a continuance of that hearing was placed on the docket for Aug 29 @ 2 pm.
