The Philadelphia Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing person Joann Goadby-Lind, from the 46XX Block of Leiper Street. She was last seen on Thursday, August 17, 2023.
She is 69 years old, 5’4″, 194 lbs., with hazel eyes and grey/brown hair. There is no clothing description at this time.
