It would certainly be useful to know something about his occupation or lifestyle. It would help to determine whether the distance is an issue. The UID is a little short, but I've seen many posters say that height is difficult to get precise after death. The age range fits. The weight is spot on.

Are you able to see rule outs? The UID has DNA according to the Doe Network. If Rockie doesn't, or it's the wrong type to automatically rule out, I guess the next step is to ensure they haven't been manually ruled out.
