I cleared background checks (SCI TOP SECRET) long before I worked with Larry Franco and years later after I resigned from the New Mexico Corrections Department I was still clearing background checks. Yet despite whatever credibility anyone had if you challenged the Status Quo among NMCD's rank and file they would without question attack your character. To this day I can hold my head high, knowing full well my detractors were wrong, and in some cases, guilty and or complicit in their ways of enabling and facilitating the crimes that Franco committed while employed with NMCD as a Sex Offender Officer.

To Rob Casler, you knew Franco was a dirty cop, so what does that make you. For Chris aka Arthur Martinez regardless of what your motive was your stupidity in vandalizing the office windows caused a lot of damage to the true victims of Larry Franco. For Tina Cordell I will be re-posting the evidence verifying the proof I have. The only other unanswered question; who did Chris have to help him ? Answer, Julian Harvey; you know, your former co-worker who slept in a parked van outside the office when Chris painted the window. FYI you moved into "my" neighborhood where I lived 'peacefully' for several years until Larry Franco decided to pay a visit.
