Lally def has more pep in his step, but it’s a cumbersome process.
Lally asks to approach, gives photos to witness, witness reviews, affirms content, Lally asks to enter them to evidence, asks to approach, court reporter enters the evidence, Lally then asks to show.
Judge explaining to Lally that when he puts his head down to read, the jury can’t hear him.“You need to speak up,”

Where is the blood on John's shirt? You can't tell us that he didn't bleed any from those punctures and lacerations on his arm. Where is the blood?

Need that hair sample to have the root. I'm sure it can be determined if from JO, but to have his hair with the root .. well, I guess maybe not if things were tampered with.
All this time the State Trooper team had gone there and used the correct way of searching and did, had the sneaker and so on. BUT, unsecured and with everything to lose on the lawn of Albert, hence cannot ever be sure. Missing vids of car tail lights, Higgins in the Sallyport at Canton PD with Berkowitz and EVERYTHING about all the rest of them.

Wouldn’t it be better to show a witness like this all the photo/reports/etc before the jury enters the court to review and confirm the docs, then let defense review, then enter into evidence, then bring the jury in?Serious question…
