She was arrested on drug charges 4 years ago. Two arrested in Mill Creek MetroParks on drug charges. These separate arrest articles would be the right name and age given the year of the crime and the associated mugshot included in the news article about the indictment is most definitely her. Body in advanced state of composition has been found on the south side of Youngstown. Posting here as Rachel’s NamUs states that she frequents the south side. Gender/Identity is not known at this time. Rachel has been missing since November 15, 2023.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio (WKBN) — Detectives are investigating after a body was found late Tuesday morning in a wooded area of the South Side.

The gender of the body is not yet known because it is in an advanced stage of decomposition.
