*Sentencing Hearing (@ 8:30am PT) – CA – Noah McIntosh (8) (last seen about Feb. 24, 2019, died about Mar. 3 or 4, reported missing Mar. 12, 2019, Corona; not found yet) – *Jillian Marie Godfrey (36/now 41) “mother” arrested (3/13/19), charged (3/15/19) & arraigned (4/15/19) with felony willful child cruelty (endangerment). Plead not guilty. $500K bond.
Godfrey says 3/2/19 is the last time she saw Noah. 11 yr. old daughter in CPS custody.
Godfrey plead guilty (12/19/19) & was released from custody (10/15/20) on own recognizance. Will be sentenced on 5/3/24.

Oh how I hope egg donor is sentenced today. She could have saved sweet Noah's life, but instead she turned around and drove away knowing he was being seriously assaulted by sperm donor. She could have called 911 once she was outside of the apartment if she was 'too scared'. No, nope, nopers not giving JG a pass at all, she is just as guilty as BM IMO.

The fact she's been out on bail on her own recognizance for four years infuriates me. I wonder where her older daughter is today? I hope somewhere safe and loving and being given the time and attention she deserves.

Any news on her sentencing? Did it happen? I am not finding any articles [over here] - maybe someone local?

Niner, I've been looking at this thread and am amazed that nothing is happening,, or has it? I didn't understand what Disposed Sentencing meant so looked it up.

What Does a Disposed Case Status Mean?​

When a case is listed as disposed, it means that the court proceedings have ended, and no further court dates are scheduled. No matter what happened in the case, once it is listed in this way, it will be removed from the court docket, and no additional hearings will be set. Disposing a case can refer to any type of case, from a summary offense to serious felony offenses.

Cases can be disposed in a variety of ways, including the following:
Dismissal, Not Guilty, Guilty, Plea Deal and Completion of Pre-Trial Dispositions.
Read what each of these means in the link, but I'm unhappy about all of the above

What Does a Disposed Case Status Mean?
 
@JudgeJudi - from what I can ascertain is - Godfrey will be testifying at McIntosh's trial. But that keeps getting moved. So her sentencing date keeps getting moved until she CAN testify.

I am going to "assume" this next sentencing hearing will be reset.... again...
