There is a black Jane Doe that was aged 30-50 found in a river in Philadelphia in november 1982, and Wyteria dissapeared in September 5, 1982. There is a very graphic PM on namus so not for the faint hearted. With a photo of Wyteria we could easily rule her out.

To me this case screams Chicago Rippers. They were still actively killing at this time. And to this day possibly 10 victims are still unknown.
