Her picture seems familiar to me. I recall seeing a woman by herself crossing a street that I thought of when I first saw this picture. I was driving and stopped at a traffic light. No cars between me and the intersection. I saw the right side profile of a woman that very much reminds me of this picture. She looked very stern, almost angry, definitely not smiling. I cannot recall when, other than within the past couple of weeks, say July 10 to July 24. It was probably in Cedar Park or going south towards north Austin since those are the areas I have been driving in recently. Possibly N Bell or a frontage road of Hwy 183 between 1431 and Braker Ln. This was a daytime spotting and yes most days are very hot. I do not recall seeing any tattoos. Not sure if because of the way she was dressed or if none present or if they are so common anymore I really don’t give them much notice. This area is not very many miles from some areas of Round Rock.
