Mitcham (39 @ time of crime/42/now 48) indicted (4/11/18) & arraigned & charged (4/30/18) on 1st degree premeditated murder, 2nd degree burglary & 2nd degree sexual assault. Plead not guilty. $5M Cash bond. Maricopa County
DNA matched with familial match in CODIS.
Trial was set to begin on 5/11/23 was continued with no further dates.
Maricopa Superior Court Judge Jeffrey Rueter presiding. Prosecutor Erin Otis & defense attorney Jeffrey Kirchler.
