I wonder if this is the same unidentified male. His clothing and accessories appear to be the same and the timeline as well. Although, it says to contact Rock County authorities in the article.

He was found one mile east of the MN/SD border along U.S. Hwy 90 in a drainage culvert. He had a bullet through the skull.
