Random suggestion- maybe someone can do a CGI re-creation of the dress the UID was found in? I think this might help because it sounds pretty unique & possibly came from a boutique in the area where the UID lived/worked. & Some people (like me lol) keep some garments for a decade or more...Someone might have a similar dress from the same place & might have helpful info.

the dress should be like this

it usually means it is solved. doe and Charlie usually trail behind on it. sometimes though, the identity isn't released to the public.

This in Namus does it mean? The case has been solved or that there is any news?

Ok thanks! Some users of this forum then you could do a thorough research to see if you can find out something more about the identity of this girl?

I will try to look. I don't know how far back that she was ID though.

If identified because Doe profile is still active? Doe not is update?

Looks like the DoeNetwork case was updated 5/19/24 and the identified marker was removed.

What about Tatjana Tarasovna Lupach?

She was last heard from on January 24, 1999, less than five months before this decedent was found.

Height, weight, age, race, and hair color are all within range—and even Tatjana's hair appears straight in some of her NamUs pictures.

Tatjana went missing from Brooklyn, and from the zip code provided, I think a body could float from there to the west side of Governors Island, where the decedent was found.

Tatjana has a WS thread dedicated to her, and her daughter Ilana has posted on there as a Verified Insider.
