I checked to see where he's currently being housed and he's still in Hamilton Co. jail. I guess he has too much going on at this time to be moved. The below cases have court dates of Pre-trial conference on 9/03 and bench trial on 10/10/2024

Agreed. Her family, friends, and especially her son, deserve to know the truth about what happened to Ciera.Bumping for Ciera. I hope she is found one day.
Here is the last entry for her custody case. Does that coincide with the date Ciera's parents were awarded custody?Ciera Breland disappearance: Husband Xavier Breland faces extradition to Indiana
[...]
It was not clear how much Xavier Breland's mother was cooperating with police in the investigation, but it is now known that investigators collected evidence from that home when they executed a search warrant.
Johns Creek investigators say forensic experts and even cadaver dogs were brought in for a search. They were searching for blood stains, signs of a struggle, or anything that might have given a clue as to what happened during the couple’s stay.
[...]
[...]
Still, her family said she was making plans to leave him. She was reportedly socking away money in a secret bank account and had been talking to her parents about moving back in with them for a time to get back on her feet.
Her family believes she was just waiting for a "calm moment" to make her move. That moment appeared to have never come.
Ciera’s parents have since been granted custody of the couple’s child.

Case Summary
MOO, but I find it both interesting and noteworthy that the same family members who are remaining quiet regarding Ciera's disappearance are the same people actively pursuing custody of Ciera's son.

BBM above.XB has an appeal: 24A-CR-01769
Here is the argument:
I. The trial court erred in sentencing Xavier by taking into account inappropriate aggravating factors
II. Having given due consideration to the trial court’s sentencing decision, imposition of the maximum sentence for the felony was inappropriate in light of the nature of the offense and Xavier’s character
Did we hear anything about a Feb. 27 search of his home?BBM above.
IMO this statement in his appeal is difficult to believe, especially when you DO consider XB's character.
Well if XB's gun was supposedly in a discarded Christmas tree then it's possible LE didn't see it.Carmel and Fishers Police had been to Xavier’s house the day before this accidental discharge, searching the garage for a different investigation, yet did not discover a gun during that search.
I do not recall seeing MSM reports about LE searching XB's home the day before the "accidental discharge" of the weapon.Did we hear anything about a Feb. 27 search of his home?
A quote from the appeal. I wonder who the other DNA source is. Was he hiding the gun in the tree?Well if XB's gun was supposedly in a discarded Christmas tree then it's possible LE didn't see it.
I do not recall seeing MSM reports about LE searching XB's home the day before the "accidental discharge" of the weapon.
The Police processed the gun for DNA, which produced a return of DNA from two sources, one of which strongly supported the inclusion of Xavier as a source.

Was it??II. Having given due consideration to the trial court’s sentencing decision, imposition of the maximum sentence for the felony conviction was inappropriate in light of the nature of the offense and Xavier’s character.
