Remember Barry saying that, given the affair he pretended was news to him, that now it made sense to him?

Really? How so, Barry? What's your calculus on that? An affair caused God to strike her down? As God does.

I like the closed loop in his logic. Her actions caused his response, he didn't want for it to come to that, but it did, and since it did, God willed for it to happen that way. That is one elaborate (simpleton) construct to remain divorced from agency/culpability.

I once watched a child break a dollhouse window, punching through it with the sharp head of a giraffe. Child WOULD NOT apologize. His gentle mother pressed, "but we saw you do it." To which he chirped, confirmed in his infantile logic, I didn't do it! The giraffe did."

I don't see Barry challenging his own corrupt though process. And (convenient, elementary) distortion of religion. God allowed it to happen so...

Yeah, no. God allows free will. And Barry exercised his God-given free will to violate the most basic principles of good will.

People divorce. Finances take a hit. Families fall down, separate, get back up. Time heals wounds. Time doesn't heal murder.

It's pretty easy to see what happened, from the cheap seats.

The controller lost control so he took control of the controls and here we are.

Oh Suzanne....we are still waiting and know justice will come eventually.
And we will all stay until that day he is charged and his conviction comes. I am confident justice is coming.

It sounds like IE/BM's civil suits need to be settled before the murder charges can be brought again....I'll wait.

IMO, even though Bury is free now, he clearly knows what is coming and lives with fear and dread every single day. He knows trial is coming and the trial will not end well for him. Suzanne's remains have been found with damning evidence.

His recent property quit claim deed suggests to me he knows the end is near.

The hollow sensation in the pit of my stomach has never gone away. It's been there since ages ago in this forum I concluded that Barry's fatal flaw - his controlling nature - makes it unlikely we'll ever see him in the dock.
For a man who shapes the fact and substance of divine guidance, Barry assuredly has shaped his own denouement, literally "the action of untying" his predicament. For that, "A Predicament", is likely all his scrambled reasoning concedes is at hand here.
_______________________________
Manifestly then:
- Barry must and will never allow himself to be judged by anyone, and
- No loving, trusting child of his will ever witness the corrupt and untruthful facade of "his trial".
_______________________________
Thus:
Barry will be gettin' while good to do so;
M1 will commence an R&R of sorts, likely flexible and intercontinental in scope, fully previously and anonymously funded in trust.

B'Bye! Buh, B'Bye !

...except for my hollow gut :( even worse now...

Barry’s attorney, Jane, appeared on a podcast recently. Unfortunately it’s Danish though, so hopefully someone can translate it. I got a brief rough translation from someone, and apparently Iris is out. There’s supposedly a ton of information there, obviously one sided and full of misrepresentations, but it would still be nice to learn Jane’s strategy.

I’m listing a few bullet points I’ve been able to get from a native Danish speaker who listened to the podcast. But really hoping someone here knows how to download the episode to an MP3 format so that we can get it transcribed and translated for clarity.
  • Jane said that both she and Iris received letters at their personal homes that were meant to be threatening. They had bible verses in them and Barry was mentioned
  • Jane mentioned that Iris is no longer on the case and that part of why she was stepping down from the case is because of the harassment she’s received.
  • Jane says they believe the police planted evidence, including planting the BAM in her bones because two officers that they've brought charges against in the civil case were present during the autopsy.
  • Jane alleges that the elected coroner, in district where Suzanne’s remains were found, is not in the medical field, but is a store owner. She says when she and the family have met with the coroner to have questions answered, he hasn't been able to provide any answers because he has no medical knowledge.

Also, the translation of the episode description is this:

Suzanne Morphew was 49 years old, a mother of two daughters and a wife, when she disappeared under mysterious circumstances from her home in Colorado in May 2020. Her husband Barry Morphew was later charged with the murder, even though Suzanne was still missing. In early September 2023, the remains of her body were found in a shallow grave 80 kilometers away. The case has received massive attention in the USA, where the general sentiment is that 'the husband did it', and the expectation is that the case against Barry Morphew will be reopened soon.

His defense attorney is Danish Jane Fisher-Byrialsen, who is fighting both to prove that the prosecution is wrong and that underhanded methods have been used to secure his conviction.

Jane Fisher-Byrialsen has specialized in fighting against dirty tricks and corruption in the American legal system. She has been a defender in The Central Park Five case and for the Danish education student Malthe Thomsen, who was manipulated into giving a false confession and ended up in the notorious Rikers Island prison in New York.In today's special episode with Jane Fisher-Byrialsen, who lives and works in the USA, we discuss what she believes is wrong with the American legal system, why she continues to fight, and whether there are people she would not defend.

And now we delve into the case of the murder of Suzanne Morphew, which has occupied Jane Fisher-Byrialsen in recent years, and which is likely on the verge of culminating in a dramatic trial.

If Iris left, I imagine it's because the well has run dry, or Iris is getting off a sinking ship. She's made a name for herself, she was successful, and it's best not to press her luck.

They accused every law enforcement officer who had any involvement in this case, so obviously there would be some of them there. Multiple people were present, from the Feds, state, county, an odontologist, chief medical examiner, 12th district, etc. No one is injecting bone marrow with BAM, if that was even possible at this stage. This is pure desperation, on par with the hunter did it theory. Good luck with that Jane.

The coroner didn't perform that autopsy; the deputy chief medical examiner of El Paso County did. Maybe the family should ask her about the BAM Barry injected Suzanne with. I don't know what questions could possibly be answered anyway, considering the autopsy speaks for itself.

That's rich.

Didn't BM dispose of his supply of BAM? So how could LE "plant" it in Suzanne's bones, which were found much later?

MOO.

So, are we to believe that, in addition to all the names defendants in the $15M flopsuit, the doctor who performed the autopsy is also in on this wild conspiracy to frame Barry when, in truth, no one framed Barry better than Barry?

Ludicrous.

I pegged IE for bowing out.

However, I thought she'd have a more crafted exit speech.

Bbm

Well, well, well. Ain’t that somethin’.

Me, too, @Megnut. I bet Iris bowed out because BM’s SUZANNE’s money is gone. And, too, she knows she can’t get BM acquitted, so why try. BAM slammed and locked that door.

And isn’t “harassment” her middle name? (As in a $15 million dollar civil suit?)

IMO

The queen of manipulation probably sent the harassing letter to herself, that way she would have a plausible sounding excuse to bow out.
I dunno. I really wouldn’t be surprised if she had received letters like that. Bible verses sounds about right in a case like this, and people in some parts are angry that Iris would defend Barry in the first place. She’s put herself out there too.

Convenient excuse though.
