Australia Australia Claremont Serial Killer, 1996 - 1997, Perth, Western Australia - #11

This is why I can't help but think footage of his face is what helped construct that remarkably similar identikit. What are the chances they knew who they were looking for but used an identikit drawn from a photo instead of the actual photo itself so that when they showed it to witnesses the...

No, I think it is just one of the big green signs pointing the direction of Welshpool, as it might other popular destinations such as Perth, Fremantle etc. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I think if BE was on the police radar for a few weeks there would have been numerous opportunities for the police tailing him to get DNA samples. Undercover cops could have gone to Little Athletics and grabbed a discarded drink bottle from the bin, for all we know. And why WOULDN'T they do this...

Which would actually be one possibility why they were living at a caravan park down south as a transition residence if they had recently migrated to Australia. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

With the benefit of hindsight, as these things often are, it was quite telling when one of the acquaintances posted in response to that Facebook pic something to the effect of 'OMG (BE) smiled'. People who knew him over a longer period had seemingly picked this up about him. Perhaps he presents...

If he does indeed identify as indigenous, and is guilty,I think it would probably be the first indigenous serial killer Australia has had and certainly not something that would fit traditional serial killer profiles as we have come to understand them. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

A car was out the front under a cover up to a few days ago and has since gone. I think it was the Sonata.

Hi b4u that is interesting, especially given he was operating in the area in the CSK and KK vicinity (presumably) not long before CSK was. However I think the Southside Rapist was a different person again - a different area - I am only relying on a memory from when I was in high school but...

I had forgotten about the Southside rapist. Certainly the areas Dyer committed the attacks in were south of the river, however I think the term Southside Rapist referred to a perpetrator in the late 1980s, perhaps early 1990s, earlier than Dyers' crimes? Being around that time (pre-World Wide...

Not sure sure what to think about the outside of the house - definitely interested in what the inside looks like - but would be VERY curious to know whether friends were ever invited over or if social get-togethers took place only at public venues.

The similarity between the identikit and BE is nothing short of extraordinary. Just a theory, but is it possible while the security camera only captured the back of MM, that someone/people in the club that night had given a physical description of him? Perhaps he bought drinks or approached...
