Our guys didn't usually have shovels for dirt. Sometimes they carried a folding shovel. The vacuum truck guys or dirt work guys had a couple of different shovels. JMO. But surely CW had a home shovel. I have wondered if he used some water to soften the soil.

Jumping in to say, I think these cases have similar facets - for example JA accusing TA of bad things, just as CW has said SW strangled the girls. I'm scared it will also become like the CA trial with the defendant cast as a victim of some sort, grrr. All MOO and subject to change.

While I think it is an error, I can think of several cases where the defendant, once arrested and held, wished to be known by another gender.
