It is a four lane so it appears closer to the center, or rather, further from the side.

If you see the pic of the car on St. Landry, you can see the truck coming from the opposite direction in the Top right.

My niece rides with her. I get the same impression from them (my sister and niece) as the family puts out there. Good girl vibe, although I haven't asked directly.

To me it looks like the lighter color vehicle had just left the circle k. Pulled out and took a right to light. May help with the time frame. He was already done pumping and forgot something/ran inside for it and left. Meanwhile dark colored car is still there and that is why it is in the other...

I think LE probably had better images in the actual footage (video) and could actually see the bed cover which is why they described it as such. The sequence is creepy. And confusing. Time stamps would really help. I see 2 different trucks.
