Regarding alcohol sales/consumption in Lafayette. The sale of alcohol is prohibited after 2am, except Sundays it is midnight. Consumption is 2:30 and 12:30 on Sunday might/Monday morning. Sales are also prohibited before 11am. I can't tell you how many times I have had to wander around...

Yes, see my earlier post. All stores/bars have to stop selling at 2am. I've actually ran into that Circle K on occasion to get beer before cut off time.

Correct. I was I guess more worried that a statement like that "he failed" would send rumors a flyin'. It was way off base, IMO. But, we do not know either way. Does not matter at this point anyway

IMO, it matters I she got past this point for a whole lot of reasons. I have heard several strong theories (rumors) that can only be validated if she got past this point. In my mind, if she did not, then she did simply "poof" disappear into thin air.
