Possibly. Most of the time they always drag out something serious buying time, hoping that LE would somehow "forget" details after so much time has lapsed. However I'm not sure that applies due to the recordings they have in these cases. Time will tell I suppose. But they are surely buying time...

After reading that brochure, the only part that stated a 5 day notice was under non-payment. Which leads me to believe that it wasn't about any kind of complaints or ordinances (ex. trashy property, noise etc.)

I think if they put HC behind bars, LE knows that there is noone left to talk to MC. Did he go to court today or tomorrow? Sorry I am behind on his court due to all the action in the others court cases. I would suspect he gets continued or something of that nature to keep the communication going...
