I think the poi may be around 5'4" because his legs appear very short. However, his shoes appear too big for his feet. Also, there appears to be a curb below the fence area....this would make the road approximately 4"-6" below the curb ??? So, if he appears 5'4" by where the top of his head...- marable

To me, the composite looks like Keyes. I don't believe for one minute that he never killed children....I think that if he had the opportunity to kill someone , he would not let the presence of a child prevent him from doing so.
