    GUILTY Australia - Jill Meagher, 29, Melbourne, 22 Sep 2012 #1

I think it was from her mobile. Her brother said he called her back on her mobile and also said it sounded like she was on the way home. Plus they have her on CCTV on Sydney road at 1.41am.

I'm not sure. I just saw something on tv and it was beside a car but I don't know if that's where it was found. Until we see the police spokesman say where it was found, it could have been either.

Hey all. Been out in the real world for a while, but this case piqued my interest. I don't get the vibe from the husband that he was involved. There are no red flags as far as what he's said. IMO. It's not like the other case we've discussed where the husband and family were waving the red flag...

Perhaps NBC was seen at the roundabout after the commotion noted by a poster here. Maybe he was picked up at home then dropped off because he was too upset. Perhaps gbc and he had a shouting row at the roundabout as noted by poster. NBC Waited to be picked after disposal? Just couldn't cope...

    Allison Baden-Clay - GENERAL DISCUSSION THREAD #33

Hello! Been keeping up to date but life (7 kidos) has been preventing me logging on. I'm wondering if the out of place would be the vehicle in bus zone or near bus zone with 'commotion'. The poster who gave this info might not be the only person to have seen these weird goings on and police were...

    NO BAIL! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#28

Tbh I find the sign off on the second message weird. "love G". I never sign off on a text but if I was concerned about someones whereabouts I'd be calling them non stop not texting and certainly not taking the time to sign off. Just sticks out to me. Moo, mpo, and all that jazz.

On the iPhone 4s you can ask it where one of your contacts is and it will show you on a map. I'm sure the person you are asking about has got approve you to locate you though. It's part of the suri thing.

    NO BAIL! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#27

My 6,9 and 10 year olds are in bed at 8 usually asleep 15mins later. 11,12 and 2x 13 in bed between 8.30-9pm. They take longer to fluff around getting to bed. I think different kids/ families have vastly different schedules depending on activities, distance to school etc and some kids just need...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#23

I have experience in this area. Parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, or any other significant person do not have any 'rights'. The court only cares about the childrens rights to have a meaningful relationship with who they deem is in the best interest of the child. The grandparents can lodge an...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#23

He also behaved very strangely during the investigation. I thought when they found his car the passengers seat was completely removed. He had an unbelievable explanation for that too. I hope for the sake of Allison's daughters and her parents, they are left alone. The "long road ahead" for all...

Yes I understand that's what was reported. I'm curious this poster says the dates reported aren't correct.

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#23

I can offer this tidbit. When my ex and I went to family court his costs with a lawyer and barrister were over $300,000. The barrister alone was $10,000 a day! This is for family court tho, criminal court might be different. Luckily for me we paid our own costs.

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #21

Now Ive had a chance to let this sink in (I caught the news while putting laundry away) and just stood staring with my mouth hanging open .... The QPS have done such a great job! I hope that the three girls and the Dickies are now given the privacy and time to heal. It is a sad realisation that...
