    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#23

The reference in the Courier Mail regarding "no further arrests" does not make sense in light of the previous interest in the two cars. Two cars means at least two people. Unless, of course, the police have determined that the white car tailing the blue car was not relevant to the case.

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#23

Up until he was taken in by the police and charged, GBC had said nothing to the police other than the initial report that ABC was missing. Of course we don't know what, if anything, he said to the police when he was arrested and questioned. If he did answer any questions with anything other...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #22

Interestingly, Allison Sandy in the Courier Mail "Lunch Break" video says that the Dickies would be applying for full custody of the girls. http://http://video.couriermail.com.au/2245606823/BadenClay-charged-Now-what

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #22

In this recent Courier Mail article it says: http://www.couriermail.com.au/news/not-one-single-word-said-about-allison-baden-clay-left-talking-to-others/story-e6freon6-1226395031444 Baden-Clay and his daughters moved into his parents' Kenmore home and the girls went with him everywhere...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #22

I'm not sure whether this has been discussed before, but reading back over the history of the case, it's quite odd that GBC decided to move himself and the girls to his parents' house. Of course, during the first few days when the police were searching the house it was a crime scene and was...

Re Bail It is possible that bail can be granted in a murder case. Please see the attached article re West Australian Lloyd Rayney who was arrested for the murder of his wife and released on bail two weeks later...

Re the two 4WDs I mentioned on thread 8 that my view is that the perp (white car) and an accomplice (blue car) were driving the cars. I also think that ABC's body was in the white car rather than the blue car. Given that the white car would have been used by the family (including ABC) it is...

The two 4WDs. This is pure speculation, but if the cars were on their way to dispose of the body, then my guess is that the perp and the body were in the white 4WD. I don't think the perp is bright enough to dim headlights to camouflage the car or signage. I think they are much more likely to...

Re the blue 4WD. There has been some discussion about the colour of the Honda that GBC crashed. I am happy to accept that the car may appear to be a deep navy blue in the photos that I have seen, but that it may not actually be a "blue" car. I also agree that the police would not have...

Latest news story re 4WDs. 1. Gold star for the sleuther who identifies the "friend" who owns the blue car that GBC crashed. 2. What thoughts do you have about why one car would be closely tailing the other car? 3. What thoughts do you have re the larger white 4WD only having parking...

I agree that the overnight attempt by the police to gather further information at the roundabout would suggest that they need more evidence prior to making an arrest(s). I know that everyone would like to see this one wrapped up quickly, but sometimes these things take time. Even the...

I still have it open in my browser. When I copied and pasted the link into a new tab I got "Page Not Found". Certainly looks like it has been pulled. I'd copy it and post it here, but I don't think that would be the right thing to do. I really don't think that information should have been...

I find this interesting reporting and wonder if it is part of the "embargo"? It says they worked from 11.30pm until 4am but I am posting this at 11.49pm EST. I hope this doesn't stop someone who would normally drive by between those hours avoiding the area tonight! The time on the story is...

Thanks Bellgirl. Yes, I agree with both you and Berry that there may not even be a canoeist. I also agree that if there is a canoeist and the media have left that person alone, then it is for strategic reasons (e.g., working with police) rather than compassionate reasons.
