""In my submission, Wayne was shot in the position he was photographed in," Cameron says. She says the only mobility he would have had is with his left arm. "There is no evidence the body was moved in any significant way after he was shot."

Wasn't it mentioned that...
Not sure if I missed it, but did the Crown discuss the gun's history?
1) DM bought it from ISHO just prior to LB going missing.
2) MM testified she saw the gun in DM's room. When?
3) DM claimed he gave it to WM as a gift. Is this correct? If so when? And why a gun?
Without a clear timeline...
DM seemed to distance himself from the gun used during the initial interviews. Surely the Crown will address its history. Why did DM reach out to an illegal gun dealer to purchase a restricted gun for his dad who had a license? Why would Wayne want a gun when he only had them as survival and...
Can't remember the exact dates, but MH did testify at the TB trial that he drove DM around because he lost his license. Either way, taxi records and cell pings should show if DM was lying about last seeing WM on Wednesday.
Pulled up to his shoulders, with the left arm out? Had to be if rigor mortis set in with the left arm in that position.
So much detail of the initial scene is coming across convoluted in these posts. MOO
Agreed! And the fact that the officer said she called 911 suspecting he was dead. If she didn't know when she called, she surely didn't know when DM called her. Calling 911 immediately could have been the difference between life and death if you didn't know the person was dead. MOO
Several times throughout the TB trial, DM's calmness to incidents and situations were mentioned, by both LE and DM himself. Don't expect a normal social response from DM IMO.
He is is a sociopath at best. MOO
I am not having much success searching this forum for the text. But DM texted his mom with the question, and it was posted during the TB trial. She responded by texting DM that she thought his father's incompetence was due to him poisoning his mind, which I assumed to be the alcohol problem.
matou, you bring up an important question about MB IMO. After all the text messages we have seen between DM and MB, I see no indication that MB was aware of DM's criminal activity. The one text that comes to mind is the one where DM asks his mom about how WM could be a great pilot but terrible...
Guess I need to wait for the correct reporting to be identified. From the Link posted by matou.
"Millard could be seen in the photos on his side, with his right arm underneath his head, and his left arm outstretched off the bed, as if he was sleeping."

Now looking at different angles of Wayne #Millard's body. You can see blood running down the side of the white sheets. It looks like he's sleeping, his hands tucked under his face on the pillow."
Gun landed on the bag, and WM rolled on his side...
After two trials, and with a glimpse of DM's thinking through his text messages and letters, we have had several discussions of DM suffering a personality disorder (politically correct term that includes Sociopaths and Psychopaths ). CBC IDEAS have a 3 part podcast on this subject. So far only...
