So what did Brian have to pass through to get from the stairs/elevator to the construction area? My understanding was that they opened into a hall but how did you get from the hall to the construction area?
Also did you happen to ask Hurst how the back hall camera could have missed Brian...
The two theories that make the most sense to me right now are:
1. He ended up walking somewhere and running into trouble beyond the current search grids. He could be laying in the elements and simply not where someone would be looking for him... Or...
2. He was picked up by someone(s)...
Not really strange, imo. They were ALL drunk, she had to use the restroom and wanted to charge her phone during that time. I'm sure she assumed he and the friend would return momentarily.
The friend explained to the host of True Crime Garage that, essentially, Tyler used to be a grumpy drunk...
Thanks for continuing to dig at this case!
That's the first I've heard of tracking his scent beyond the Wendy's parking lot. Were there no other cameras along that route? I know it was said the Wendy's cameras were not pointed in the correct direction to catch him. What does Hurts think of...
Well I'd asked you to please skip that since debating a theory that relies on a complete lack of evidence over and over isn't productive at this point but since you have to bang that drum I'm just going to copy and paste my previous issues with this theory since there is nothing new on the table...
Also, I have no desire to repeat the construction theory debate over and over until the end of time HOWEVER - presented purely for the benefit of the group I noticed segments in two old news reports that are rather interesting.
The first one talks about the service exit into the construction...
Obviously, we both know by now that I think that scenario is utter folly. :p
However, let's please skip that and bear with me on this part... let's say we both agree, and I *think* we do, that Brian went down one of the back exits (either stairs or elevator). He did so coming off the upper hall...
Yes, I've never heard of this quote previously either. There was a comment from a family member in their FB group at one point that seems to indicate LE thought he was NO LONGER in the Easton area but I've seen nothing from LE directly like that.
No we probably won't. LOL As people have said before - "someone knows something". I don't know what the likelihood of that is at this late a date but I do agree with you in hoping we see the day he is found.
Hurst didn't rule out he may have gotten out by an entirely different way, either. He doesn't even confirm he went INTO the construction area to begin with...if you really want to examine it further. There's ZERO known evidence, that we know of, that Brian left the second floor of the building...
Yeah, I agree. The John Lordan video is ok but it doesn't include any of the info from the TCG Off The Record #54 podcast that came from the lead detective or TD's friend. As such, it really doesn't summarize current knowledge of the case and he spends too much time questioning parts that seem...
Yep, Hurst's opinion is that he most likely exited the building via the construction area. That may not tell us where his body currently is located *today* but it doesn't suggest Hurst thinks he is still in the building either.
Lots of people go missing and are never found. What are the chances...
The claim by the homeless man interests me too but I haven't seen much about that report beyond one news article from, I think, NBC4 at the time.
Yeah, if it were just the fact they were getting a ring when calling the number then I could accept the glitch idea, as well. The ping itself seems...
You should read back for the full context. So far the ONLY picture that even offers a glimpse of the construction area (circa April 2006) also seems to show a scissor lift being used - which can not be used on anything but hard packed ground or better. That is where that comes from. ...and yes...
Is his wife combative? Her mother is questionable where the treatment of others is concerned but I haven't really seen anything bad about the wife.
The best friend has not spoken publicly BUT he has talked to the host of True Crime Garage. The lead detective also told the host that the friend...
I've previously wondered about them, as well. I'm sure they gave statements.
I *am* curious though - they are standing right there and you can see them look toward the area where Brian was which ALSO is the area where the elevator and back stairs are located. Surely, one would think they would...
Are you referring to the Comeback podcasts? They were unable to continue with them due to other obligations. :-(
Kelly Bruce did cover him again in this podcast though:
Although nothing official, it's been indicated that LE has searched that area - possibly more than once. I'm not sure how thoroughly though. The We Can Bring You Hope organization has been handling on going searches in the area too.
