    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 -#23

A bit off this topic, but I tend to agree that he did it IMO, his defence team's closing argument was that his DNA was nowhere to be found, but I guess any DNA would be hard to find once you clean it all up with bleach....

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #22

Yes, I recall the lawyer being hired the day she was found, there were other posts on here relating to a lawyer apparantly being at the BC house on the Friday morning when police showed up, but not sure how accurate that is...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #22

I don't think the kids were there at all, too much evidence that they weren't IMO....I believe that the reporter was saying 'while they slept', meaning at another house. I don't find it plausible that a person could be murdered with dogs barking, etc and either of the 3 kids don't wake up...

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #22

Agree, I think they are ruling out more than anything. If someone else murdered her, there would surely be more than one person's DNA present, even if you are the husband MOO

    ARREST!!! Australia - Allison Baden-Clay, Brisbane QLD, 19 April 2012 - #22

I've driven over the bridge and it doesn't appear to be a bridge people walk over, mainly drive over, usually with windows up and quite fast as well, it would be hard to smell I think IMO

The article actually said 'mechanical testing', is there any difference with mechanical testing and forensic testing?

Agree, I imagine he would have been crapping himself when QPS knocked his door the day after the funeral, where they spoke to him for 10 mins at the front door. IMO, perhaps they were telling him that they were really close to making an arrest and wanted to know where he would be for the next...

Phone turned off or on, doesn't really matter, what matters is the content on the phone that QPS can't get to (photos), the DNA/fingerprints on the phone and whereabouts of the phone. I believe QPS already have most of the info from the phone they need except the phone itself, which actually...

Long time lurker, first time poster! I am engrossed in this case, the anticipation is killing me (pardon the pun) over what will happen... I couldn't help but notice that there is a white 4WD parked in BC's garage when TM lookalike is visiting out near the mailbox, this could account for...
