I've been unable to find anyone with that exact name. If he is on FB then he doesn't go by his full name.

Also, his lack of a criminal record would not indicate he's undocumented. If he'd been convicted of a crime, there'd be a record. Sanctuary cities just wouldn't involve ICE.
