Windows and hard surfaces, easily cleaned. Cloth seats, not so easy as any liquids pass through cloth to the underlying foam.

Good grief, thank God! Simple, yet true! I'm gonna back meadsipper on this 100%. You are all good sleuths, but facts are facts and sometimes you just gotta look straight at what you have.

I'm talking about both. U.S. has guns. We don't. U.S. is far more populated than Canada. So, their stats are irrelevant, especially in this case. Leverage and deterance is relevant in this case, IMO. If it's a thrill kill and they knew the worst that could happen was money could buy them...

How about if a person is without a doubt convicted of KILLING YOUR FAMILY, that he should also be persecuted, as "an EYE FOR AN EYE", ergo "DEATH for DEATH"? Innocent? There have been many screw ups in the past, yes, but I have faith in our investigators, police, forensics, dna testing, etc...

How about research on how guilty suspects will plea with their lawyers when up on first charges against first degree murder? Have you researched that? You can't, because it doesn't exist here. Put it back in and then we can have some stats.

Give me a break! I said that Capital Punishment would make the lawyers more serious about what plea their clients would enter. Cost? Believe me a two or three year drag out on this case with these two would probably cost more to the public than the appeals. Besides, even with a manslaughter...

"these animals must die", agreed. Capital punishment should be an option for the public in this case, that way the lawyers representing the alleged would be more serious with their clients. For both of them to plead "not guilty" would only mean they are going for a lessor charge of...

If DM was driving TB's truck and police believe TB was murdered that night, possibly while driving, then that only leads to one conclusion. MS initiated the murder as they were driving. Maybe he didn't kill him, but he had to have disabled TB in some way, being that he wasn't driving. MO

Suspect #2: Mark Smich *Charged* 1stDeg Murder 22 May 2013

My bet is suspect 3 is closer to MS, probably another twenty something year old buddy in Oakville. Obviously supported by a more than financially stable family who can afford a 25 year old living at home playing video games all day and partying all night. Who knows, police didn't identify how...

I think this has already been covered. The large guy, was contacted by the police, following TB's cellphone records being traced to the burner phone and then back to large guy's phone (through the burner phone). correct me if I'm wrong, that was my understanding. The large guy did not come...

Sleuthing other perps in this case is a must. I'm trying to keep an open mind here, ExilRed, if DM is innocent, then all of us here and all the police involved have been mislead by a criminal mastermind. The death of TB and the grief his family and friends are now going through must be worth...

If he is innocent and has no knowledge of what's going on or who could have possibly 'framed him' and is sitting in jail because 5 police forces were wrong about him and his involvement, then should we fear that one day the same could happen to any of us? (or maybe the rich should fear this...

And I also agree with ExilRed, AM is such a close friend to DM and has nothing to do with anything. Highly unlikely.

My questions 1. Why did DM hire such a high profile criminal defense lawyer? 2. What is DM's Alibi (if any) for that night TB went missing? 3. Why is DM being silent when he could certainly help with case if he is actually innocent? A. Setup and innocent? Not saying it's impossible...

I totally agree with others sleuthing! No disrespect, Flipflop. Been reading these posts since the beginning. I'm just worried that our focus might be on the right hand, while the left hand is unknowingly doing something else.

Although you may open an investigation on how WM died, it is highly unlikely that, given the situation, DM will be convicted of murdering his father now. Therefore, irrelevant. Also, you may say that DM is nuts because his father died in such a horrific way......well that may lead to a plea of...

<modsnip> A lot of people here are trying to figure out how WM died and if DM had something to do with it, now. I believe this forum was created with the intention of solving the TB abduction and now murder. I think a lot of people's focus is lost and DM's lawyer <modsnip> is counting on deep...
