Okay all, I was looking at this map (link above) & I zoomed in & did some dragging of the map to get a feel for the neighborhood hmmm has anyone else noticed that there is a cul-de-sac off of portsmouth - interesting - would love to hear some thoughts about this - okay here's why my mind...
I just got an email from my cousin that live in the St. George area - she said she has only seen this story 1 or 2 times. She also said there is only 1 singles ward in Hurricane & several in St. George b/c of Dixie College - but she wasn't sure how many. I'll try to contact some of my cousins...
Fairy & Fasteddy (and who ever else has gone out to the location) correct me if I'm wrong but in the shots that Harleysanna has posted on page 20 or post #497 - the reflection circled in the window - just looks like one of those mailboxes to me - is there a mailbox there?
Pudd- I say hmm on the GW picture for my own reasons but I'm not ready to share yet.... I want others to have there own thought on it.
Fairy very interesting I have lots of thoughts brewing after your post. Thanks for going btw.
my gosh, I can see SK disappearing on purpose, I can see...
What if the dark spot is just a shadow from the other side of the street - like a car or something large being there casting a large shadow - & SK is passing in front of that shadow - don't know if this is really plausible but just throwing another idea out there.
I belive the attachment of that pic is on the timeline - but scroll all the way to the bottom - if my memory serves me right that is where it is :)

hehe I saw that someone answered this sorry for the duplication
I think they have - I heard they did it as stake notice I thought - oh a stake is a compilation of wards in an area usually about 5 -10+ wards. I heard they had a special fast. The stake would be the fastest most efficient way to spread the word.
Okay there are at least 2 there - may be a couple more & LV has several - I'll ask a friend that I have living in LV & if I can find my cousins number in st. George I'll ask her to look into that - as she has kids that are singles ward ages. Oh I should ask her if her hubby is still in the...
Hey question - this may not seem important but how many sinlges wards are there in St. George - my reason for asking is that a lot of times the wards will combine for activities & he could have been pretty close friends with people from other wards that may have hung out or been talking with him.
Yeah, I saw that pic. of GW a few days ago & PM someone about it hmmm interesting maybe we all have the same impression - maybe not.
GW is probably between 25 - 32 - you usually get "kicked" out of a singles ward around 31 or 32 (sometimes exceptions are made) & are told to go to a family ward. j
I don't see what you all are seeing - maybe I don't have a good eye today. It looks to me like he just walks in front/passed something :banghead: I'm gonna watch it several more times & maybe hook my comp. up to my 55" see if that helps (if it doesn't disort it too much) errrhhh. The family has...
If the libraries system is anything like where I live we have to log in with our library card & use a password.... there has to be a way to look up his logins & what he did - you would think right - big brother and all - it could be possible
Fairy - I agree, that statement about him avoiding others phone calls but answering the calls from church people - interesting.
Was he separating himself from those that were closest to him & just allowing superficial relationships in his life .... i've done this when I was a bit down - b/c I...
okay answering the "poll" from a couple pages ago. I think he is still alive, I hoping, praying I should say.
Walking into the desert really doesn't make sense to me. This whole thing doesn't make sense. It would have been nice if he was a computer calendar user - then we might know why he...
Once a male lds member has gone on his 19 year old or what ever age he goes (up to 26) he can't go again unless he goes once he is retired with his wife & some other cases but Steven could not go again at this time just some lds inside info ;)
ummm well without going into detail - sometimes the bishop & the parents are personel friends & think that by bringing in the parents they may help...I don't think this is the case in SK case because of the age but hey you never know - I was basically answering a question if the confession...
