Actually, none of this -- PTSD, Trauma, Amnesia, Sex -- matters one whit. It's all the DT's attempt to focus attention away from the real jist of this trial: Premeditated or NOT re the murder. My opinion, of course.
Didn't ALV testify to having read all of JA's journal entries before 6/04/08 and stated she saw no anger issues? Guess she missed the kicking in doors, etc.
The thing that worries me now about Juror #5 is that "someone" or one of her friends can now easily follow her home and do something in retribution, threaten, or vandalize -- and no one be able to prove who it was.
Anyone remember on the tv show "Cheers" when Cliff wore a zapper belt and it kept going off? You can find it easily on youtube. So funny to imagine it happening to JA.:floorlaugh:
Makes me remember -- once in the "olden days" when I was a teenager I rinsed my hair with a bottle of beer. When my dad asked me if I drank a beer I told him I had because in my teenaged way of looking at things I thought he'd be more upset to think I wasted it on my hair!
Wow, I used to...
I believe the trouble with ALV is not the same kind of arrogance or greed as the good doctor. I think her 70s/80s belief system is so deeply entrenched in her mind that no amount of evidence to the contrary will sway her. I think she truly believes that all or most women are somehow abused...
I believe Willmot thinks if she keeps this up long enough the jury will forget the part about the questions all being answered during the ninja period.
To bring this subject up again, and I don't know how to embid the video:
Of all the other times Jodi’s been caught doing something here’s the one no one else has mentioned because it was so early. See the youtube of day 33 part 1 (yesterday) by tawnidilly because...
Concerning the sneaky things with the yellow/orange folder -- I believe she’s using it, with the help of someone, to pass & receive notes from someone else. No one else seems to have mentioned it this morning at the very begininning - while they were waiting for the jury -- she did it...
So many times we’re reminded that defense attorneys cannot tell the defendant what to say or make up their story for them. I know this is true, of course. But keep in mind that there are ways of telling someone what to say without actually “telling” them. Here’s a...
I don't think the Cancun trip was the main reason she killed him. That email from Travis where he calls her a sociopath, among other things, had to have enraged her, yet it's seldom mentioned. We know she can't shut up, so I imagine while she was stabbing him she was screaming, "Sociopath? You...
I used to lie in MY journal, when I was sixteen. Knew my mother was reading it, so I'd say something like, "went to the library to study for my history test." Day later when I was sure she'd read it, erase & tell the truth about where I was!
I believe today is her new strategy: See jury, now I'm cooperative, admitting all the lies, now I'm totally telling the truth. Then they'll know I'm telling the truth now about defending myself.
