I totally agree that ICA isn't altruistic and would only cut her hair to sell it. I can't imagine anyone wanting it for anything (but I was skeered to get a t.o. so I left MOO off).

I heard they grow their hair in prison for "locks for love." They need a certain length to make wigs for cancer patients.

I have never seen CJBP look so angry. If I could read his mind I'd say he's thinking, "OK, folks, bring it on!!" He seemed totally beside himself to me.

I think C&G are praying this is delayed long enough for them to get their trademarks and cease and desist letters together in time to sue the vendors that are sure to show up at the start of the trial. MOO

The DT fought against a gag order, too. I think it's because they couldn't sell the story with a gag order in place. ICA gets no sympathy from me!! It was soooo obvious why she started crying when the judge said she comes first!! Bleck!!

I wish he had done that too. I just don't think they can increase her chances at a fair trial by delaying. She had a better chance at a fair jury 2 years ago than she has now, and that's only going to worsen as time goes by. I do think they can actually get a jury in Orange County. I know...

Looking at Google maps, I guess I'm wrong. I was basing it on experience. We take the turnpike from S. Orlando to W. Palm Beach in about an hour to go from my brother's to my cousin's. They both live within a few miles of the turnpike, so idk. My dh is confused too.

It would be just about 1 hour from Orlando to Palm Beach. If they get a block of rooms, they should be able to do it for $50. I've been thinking PB all along. Lots of peeps there that wouldn't be bothered by the hardship of being away from home for a month or two.

Bob Kealing (sp) quoted the judge as saying the "sides are equally matched." Sounds slanted to the defense, too. He mustn't have read the motions filed by both sides or seen them argue except that one time, or he would know better.
