You don't think the prosecution would have rebutted this?

How can a guy who essentially lied to the police and then took back his statements be the most sincere witness to take the stand? :banghead:

Bradley Cooper-Guilty or Not Guilty NO DISCUSSION

Only compelling evidence is on a computer which was "spoiled" due to Cary PD not following proper protocol. NC's phone was intentionally erased by the CPD who then lied under oath about not understanding what was going to happen. This important Cisco rebuttal testimony seems does not offer...

Trenkle specifically noted financial reasons as being the reason they did not call the other computer witnesses but that is really a ridiculous claim my Jr. anyway. Why didn't the Prosecution call all 200 of their witnesses?

This is grossly inaccurate. VPN tunnels, specifically Cisco VPN tunnels I use on a daily basis, which operate at layer 2, specifically includes the MAC address of clients on the network you are joining over the VPN tunnel.

Concerning the google search... Creating files with invalid timestamps is not a normal thing for a browser to do. Period. Any file downloaded over the internet with just about any browser is sent over an http connection, and this does not include time/date information. 2 different computer...

As an athlete with about 12 different pairs of shoes for different sports (soccer, running, biking, etc) I have lost more than a few individual shoes from my pairs. As a hopeful person I have often kept these incase I later found the matching shoe to restore the set. This has happened to me...

Didn't we see a picture of the laptop with the battery already removed? I can't recall clearly and don't know where to look it up.

You used to be able to swipe your your VIC while the cashier was checking you out. Could also enter you phone number in the little pin number pad to pull up your VIC. Sometime in the last few years they switch to using both little keychain sized VIC and big VIC cards, and the cashiers started...
