That is correct. The trash bins were usually full about two days before trash pick up too. You could always count on a few bags on the ground around the bins when the truck showed up.

Yes there was definitely more activity around move in and move out times. I lived there when the complex was under different ownership, but we did not have to pay for water. I don't believe there was a way to meter the water for each individual apartment so my guess is that water is still...

Thanks! I am glad to be here. To answer your question, I think more was taken out of the trash bins by passersby than was put into them. I never saw anybody other than the tenants using the trash cans for disposal regularly.

(respectfully snipped) As a former resident, I can shed some light. The trash bins are stored at the end of each parking lot. One in the front of the building, one between the two buildings and one behind the buildings. From the picture posted above, you can see that the bins were against...

As a former tenant, I can shed some light... The door I believe you are referring to is actually the entrance to the laundry area. In the laundry area I believe there is a storage room. That is the only storage room that I am aware of in the complex.

Looks like they are just discovering the marks. The updated article now reads... "On Thursday, plumbers were in apartment No. 2, loosening the cast-iron tub and getting it ready for removal after the discovery of marks on it Wednesday." (my emphasis)...

Just to throw another possible explanation... It is a possibility that the tub is being removed to be presented during trial and that the marks on the tub were noticed earlier but not announced as most of the evidence is still being withheld from the public. It would be hard for me to believe...

Not that this gives any credence to the importance of the scratch marks, but LE is in the process of removing the tub from LG's apartment... http://www.macon.com/2011/08/04/1654978/workers-removing-tub-from-giddings.html Figured now is as good a time as any to jump in on the discussion! I...
