I may be confused about this, but didn't Brian N testify in December. At that time he said he had worked on this with two associates. Didn't John Smith testify today that he had been introduced to this case in Jan 2015. It seems to me there are two other "associates" who may have done "damage"...

Thanks Liesbeth! Then that would appear to be the end of it. If the Judge determines the ear witnesses are credible, then Oscar knew it was Reeva in the toilet and her screams will decide his fate.

Forgive me if my interpretation of the law in this case is incorrect. If the Judge and the assessors find that the accused testimony is unbelievable, then don't they throw out everything that he has testified to? That would mean all his supposed actions ie..legs on ...balcony yelling...these...

You were very lucky to make it to the hospital. An ambulance would have appropriate treatments on board which could be administered intravenously or an emergency tracheotomy if needed.

Just wondering how you would practice CPR or apply pressure on a bleeding wound while driving? Seems to me that after the 10 minute drive the patient would no longer need a hospital. If your loved one had suffered a cardiac arrest or serious injury an ambulance would be medically necessary.

:blushing: Lisa, I so think you are right on with this! I think a lot of the arguing occurred when Reeva was behind the locked bedroom door. This is why Oscar's voice was muffled to some of the neighbours. I think that in order for Reeva to have become so angry she must have witnessed...

She was probably trying to leave. I don't think she was too worried about bad publicity. I think she was more worried about life and limb.

I believe Oscar feels remorse for the loss of his prior life. In my opinion he isn't capable of feeling remorse for what has happened to Reeva.

Maybe he was outside the locked bedroom door, so his voice was muffled while her arguing could be heard through the bedroom deck doors or bathroom window.
