Wish we could see the full tv interview with DH. Seems like after he says he didn't, he says he did. But if I can't trust the splicing from other stations, I'm going to trust it from FOX?? He's on my list, but still not top 3, and TH neither, at least not for Jacob.

Other than Jared (Cold Spring) was there a gun threat in Paynesville cases? I can't remember and can't check right now. But I don't assume that Jared's perp was the Paynesville perp, and I don't think he does either. jmo. I don't think we can be confident about how many perps there were...

T's no clincher. Thanks for posting this one again. I won't rehash the subtle things that bothered me in it, but everybody on this thread should watch all the DR interviews a few times. I wish we could find the one with the black pantyhose. I have never seen it. I do also try to realize that...

If one believes there was not an involved car at the site of the prints, and that Jacob was stepping up...what ideas are there for what he was stepping up to? I think that question is likely to send a few of us "over the deep end." I know my horse idea was deep-end. But what are the options...

OK, so if there are lots more prints, maybe my theory of Jacob trying to step down from a vehicle/atv/cart/truck that he was already in does not work. That was based on only being sure about one single print and no other prints being related. In some photos, it almost looks like horse...

"It was isolated. It was an area where a car wouldn't attract attention. It was a challenging area to start with, as difficult as any I've ever been involved with." Al Garber, FBI 2009 http://www.minnesotamonthly.com/media/Minnesota-Monthly/October-2009/Without-a-Trace/ I'll do a leave too...

I think the footprint orientation works fine for Jacob descending from a vehicle. I'm picturing he is on a vehicle--cart or truck bed or whatever up a bit high, then facing the vehicle he tries to climb out (like when you club down from a fence or ladder). One foot hits dirt and he tries to...

Maybe I need to go back to school on the case facts if you have read from a credible source that there was a line of Jacob's footprints. I only know of one footprint. My idea about Jacob's print resulting from him trying to descend from a vehicle rather than getting into one is based on there...

Footprint on page 19 of previous thread. I'm not picturing that he could fall out head first. I'm picturing him climbing out or off one foot first, trying to get down/out, just enough to put all weight on foot, then getting pulled back up/in. Not a perfect theory (and no idea about what...

Why would the tires go over the print if he's hanging off/out, touches down with one foot (putting body weight on that foot, which could be why it looks "pressed in"), and is then pulled back on and car continues.

I'm going to throw this out one more time because I'm somewhat hot on this idea right now and don't know if it's come up before, and before I get distracted by the next "bingo" thing. BTW, I feel very adhd with this case, lots of bingos and then forgetting them days later. I propose that the...

Question Could one Jacob shoe print only by the tracks mean that Jacob was at that point already in a vehicle, then briefly almost got out before being pulled back in? Or does the direction of his foot rule that out? Does the seemingly continuous track rule that out? Trackerd, I'm hoping you...

I'm sure I remember Kevin being interviewed on TV news, but can't find a link. Can anyone confirm that and/or provide a link? Although we don't know his last name, I thought he was face to face with the reporter and not blurred out. I recall a yellow shirt, perhaps. It's very satisfying to see...

I hope they held onto it though. I googled "degraded DNA" and found there is ongoing research into turning it back around into useful data for ID. (Much like when they talk about awaiting advances to ID degraded victim DNA samples).

I know 99.99999 % that there is no body buried on my property, but if someone asked me where COULD someone bury a body IF such a thing happened, I guess I would say my wildflower garden. Or maybe by the treehouse. Because those are the best places I could think of in answer to the question as...

But we don't know the context. It's possible that Patty asked him, "If someone buried Jacob on your property, where would be some spots you would think they would have done that?" and then he thought about it and gave her that as a possibility. Just a possibility, thinking how we make judgements...

Not if DR picked him up and gave him a ride there, and perhaps home or he walked home or elsewhere afterward.

If Jacob had been pulled into the car that left the tracks, wouldn't the car have had to stop, making the tracks look less continuous? Or maybe we just can't tell from the pics. Glad about the media attention, just wish there could be more comprehensive reporting. But maybe it will shake...

Human, regarding B in Iredell County, NC, did the jail folks tell you no arrest record? I can try county clerk again, but think it probably isn't a significant charge. However, I'm still interested in the person.
