I also know several people with epilepsy who work, in a variety of jobs. You are certainly ‘allowed’ to, but if you want to milk it and play it up as much as possible you could use it as an excuse if you didn’t want to work

There’s no mention of her having any seizures during these extremely stressful events which were happening in the week prior

That’s a really good question. Surely they wouldn’t want to put bags of other rubbish linked to them at the same location at the same time

No, you could be right, in fact you’ve made me think there was something, but I can’t remember

Have we heard about JC having any other children? I don’t recall

and ……. ‘It wasn’t like that, but yeah’ …… then it absolutely was like that, BUT worse for a defenceless child than anyone can imagine, big man

I don’t know if anyone else here followed the same missing child case in USA, Maliyah Bass, as soon as the mother’s boyfriend was filmed wailing “I TAUGHT HER HER ABCs, HER 1,2,3s” I knew he was faking. It gives me the same sickness when I hear it from JC teaching Logan his phonics. Who gives a...

I know I’m ‘preaching to the converted’ as they say, in this thread. But if you fancy having a ramble with me, put on your walking boots. When we got our puppy, I made sure to do as much research as I could, so that I could be the best puppy mum. Against the grain for me, I have experimented...

Would have flagged it up, but wouldn’t have made a difference. I’ve been instructed to employ people, within the care sector, with previous convictions. As long as they were not very recent (JC’s were 15 years historical)

For sure. On one of my trials I took the family members/witnesses for a tour of the courtroom the week before to prepare them. The suitcase that the victim from the trial that was taking place at that time had been placed in, had been left in that empty courtroom and that ‘feeling’ is with me to...

In the dead hours of the morning, 3am, on a deserted pavement and a deserted park, you didn’t hear the footsteps of another 2 steps behind you? Okaaaaaaay then  but just stick to ‘I wasn’t thinking clearly’. Who can dispute that? Just keep on repeating it to every question

It’s possible, and probably they were not all caused by Logan himself, if any. But it’s not uncommon for children suffering extreme mental abuse to self harm.

I think so, and also the numerous occasions when he was falling and jumping causing the more extreme car crash type injuries, to himself

Absolutely! My son was 20 when he had Covid at Christmas, and Christmas morning he rang me from his bedroom upstairs to ask me to let him know when I was upstairs so that he could come down and open his presents. No chance! We sat together.

I actually can, and it’s heartbreaking. The frustration of being treated so abusively and having no defence, I can imagine the hatred towards them, even within a child so young, glaring at them, it’s all he could do. The pinching himself is in the same context I think. He’s so frustrated at...

I don’t think JC went to work at all. With his testimony that AW would ring him whenever he left the house asking how long he would be and being very dependent, I don’t think going to work would have been an option. Also he’s given testimony about several incidents and time periods within the...

I agree. All because they’re worried about their own health (apparently). Should have sent him to grandma’s, I’m sure she would have been delighted to take care of him and wouldn’t give a hoot about catching covid herself. Selfish, bullying, abusive *advertiser censored**holes. MOO

We had moved to universal credit, but she was likely claiming the highest amount due to her numerous disabilities; seizures, wheelchair user, hearing aids, MS…….

Well, it's usually a lot simpler than that. Whenever we have a juvenile who is accused, or even a person with limited capacity who is an accuser, you have to prove you have tested their understanding of the situation they're in. So for example, a young lady I was working with who had...
