I was wondering the same thing.
okiedokietoo posted two items from the County Clerk in the daily news thread.
2011.07.21 Today's Current News **NO DISCUSSION HERE PLEASE** - Websleuths Crime Sleuthing Community
Both documents bear the words "voluntary dismissal." The first doc is a...
Personally, I'd love to. But nothing is going forward (as far as I can tell) in several other cases.....In addition to which, not that many states are as open as FL when it comes to discovery documents.
I fully appreciate your sentiments. :)
And yet I also find this "Where's KC" thing...
I'd double and quadruple "THANKS" button responses if it were possible. :)
:floorlaugh:
ETA: "I am so disgusted and annoyed at the attn given to KC. Pardon me while I click to the next page to read/post"
I totally understand the sentiment. But, jmo, why badger others if they have a...
Also, from Baez's official website (though he may have taken the pic down by now, it was up at least 2 days ago, lolol)

Just to make this post legit, here's a thumbnail pic of the WFTV exclusive from their lead article:
Unfortunately, I can't get more...
Going out on a limb here, but I'd guess not since not a one of the suits has been adjudicated except the check fraud case (convicted) and the lying/obstruction charges (pending appeal). (jmo)
lol I'm not sure which music to queue at iTunes as I read down the thread about KC sightings and evasive measures and decoys: the theme from "Mission Impossible" or "James Bond 007"?
:floorlaugh:
Any chances of a CacheBack IPO being made anytime soon may have taken a nose dive
(No ill wishes to Mr. Bradley or his company. But the news has not been good–error after error, even down to the simplest thing such as sending info to the incorrect email address.)
Peace out. :)
lol CA certainly thought the 84/2/1 searches for "chlor_____" were the real deal. Sort of funny in a way--CA willing to commit high mistruthiness for something as insubstantial as a whiff of chloroform on the computer HD. Can you imagine what the perjury trial would have been like?
LDB: CA...
I know this is slightly o/t but I thought KC was only being held liable for the investigative time and resources spent on searching for a "missing" Caylee. But to bring the point back on track, I am not following how the financial aspect has anything to do with this incident or the trial...
(bold in original)
iirc, the potential perjury charges were about Gentiva records as to when CA was working and the phone call records as to whether CA called GA about the ladder being up.
jmo, State decided not to pursue perjury b/c it was a lost cause. During the trial itself, it...
lol Dare you to look it up! (Meaning, then it will be on your computer HD history )
(bolded by me)

My response is largely personal--I find it hard to believe that LDB is the type of individual who needs to make up evidence or who would do anything to satisfy a vendetta of some kind. jmo
I totally understand and appreciate what you are saying. I guess I am questioning Mr. Bradley's credibility at this point. Bring on some docs and (alleged) communications with LE or State!
It is to us and others who read the docs and watched every hearing/trial hour, anyway. What I mean is that the jurors didn't seem to care one whit about the computer forensic evidence or even the Gentiva records. Hypothetically, the jurors could have been shown a KC email saying that she was...
