CO CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Teller County, 22 Nov 2018 - *Arrest* #65

No witnesses for the defense is really telling IMO. And I'm really surprised. Most slimy defense attorneys always obfuscate, try to victim blame, etc. These guys must not be cut from the same cloth.

CO CO - Kelsey Berreth, 29, Woodland Park, Teller County, 22 Nov 2018 - *Arrest* #65

As far as the witness from out of state...could it be the other woman in Idaho that called Frazee at the same time Kenney had Berreth's phone there?

GUILTY TX - Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, indicted for Murder of Botham Shem Jean #8

Found an interesting article on what Amber Guyger can expect going into the Texas Department of Corrections. Going to Prison in Texas in 2015 | Prison Legal News and here's the actual handbook from TDCJ for offenders...

GUILTY TX - Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, indicted for Murder of Botham Shem Jean #8

Just my 2 cents...the sentence did not fit the crime. And Jean's brother is an 18 year old who is probably sweet, naive, innocent, led a sheltered life & didn't truly grasp everything that was wrong with this case. But the judge allowing him to hug Guyger in court was absolutely crazy in my...

GUILTY TX - Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, indicted for Murder of Botham Shem Jean #7

The defense witnesses are all just falling flat in my opinion...nothing mitigating. They just need to be done with it.

GUILTY TX - Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, indicted for Murder of Botham Shem Jean #7

I'm really surprised the Prosecution agreed to the "sudden passion." Jean did not provoke Guyger.

GUILTY TX - Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, indicted for Murder of Botham Shem Jean #7

so per this link if the jury finds that Guyger killed Jean in "sudden passion" it's considered a 2nd degree felony which would be a reduced sentence of 2 to 20 years: Texas Penal Code § 19.02 | FindLaw (2) “Sudden passion” means passion directly caused by and arising out of provocation by the...

GUILTY TX - Former Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger, indicted for Murder of Botham Shem Jean #7

Defense requested "sudden passion" be included in the charge and Prosecution had no objection and Judge is allowing. What does this mean? (And they are waiting on some jurors before court begins. Prosecution has about 2 more witnesses to call before they rest and then Judge said they will take...
