    GUILTY TX - Sherin Mathews, 3, Richardson, 7 Oct 2017 #9

Me too!! Once the ME testified that a child cannot die from choking on milk, a body does not immediately get cold upon death and rigor mortis does not set in immediately after death, it would be crystal clear to me that he lied about what happened and is continuing to lie. Why is that...

I thought he did. I thought he said they left her standing rather than put her in a high chair because that wouldn't be safe. And also that Sini didn't like it but he said Sherin needed to be taught a lesson. Maybe someone else testified to that or he said it in his interrogation?

Maria Guerrero has posted Wesley's testimony from today on her site if anyone is interested in watching it. ETA: Court starts tomorrow morning at 8:15 with Wesley continuing his testimony. The case is being heard by a no nonsense judge and when she says 8:15, she means 8:15.

You're right. It's likely we'll never know how she died. The physician testified that children do not die from choking on milk. He likely severely beat her, causing fatal trauma to vital organs that were no longer present for the autopsy. I wonder if some day, her sibling will recount what...

I can't wait for the prosecution to rip into his stories about the milk, the snake, the 'paralyzed in fear', and all the things he did because he loved her so much. Can't. Wait.

I wonder if it ever crossed his mind that she would have a better chance of coming back to life if she wasn't in a plastic garbage bag. Guess not.

I wonder how long he waited for the snake? Oh that's right--he didn't. He got the heck out of that culvert before he actually did encounter a snake or before someone saw him.

His paralysis certainly was short lived because he turned off his phone, put Sherin in a garbage bag, took off to find a disposal site, dumped her body, came back home and cleaned up, and then called the police non-emergency number with his 'I put her outside by a tree because she wouldn't...

She manages to say ''Dadda, Dadda'' while she's coughing? Sure she did. This 'milk' story is nonsense. I wonder what really happened.

Add to that all the physical abuse she suffered at his hands her whole life with him and his nasty wife---broken bones that they caused, etc. And then dumping her tiny body in a culvert to dispose of her like trash. It doesn't get any worse than the way these idiots treated that little child...

I wonder if this means he's admitting guilt to that charge only and it will be up to the jury, after hearing the evidence in the trial, to decide if that's what he's guilty of, or if he's guilty of the more serious charge of murder.

I guess we'll find out later today if it's true. I find it hard to believe none of the local media in Dallas have posted about this, if it's true, but who knows. The proceedings were reportedly held in open court so Maria Guerrero would have known about it and reported it. I've never heard of...
