Whoa! Judge's last answer to "may be approach" was a curt Yes! No "you may approach" as she usually does. What is wrong with No. 28 that Wilmott needs to approach again?

Could Wilmott get any closer to Jodi? And Nurmi get any farther away? A body language expert would have a field day with this defense team. Maybe Nurmi is jealous because he doesn't get the whisper/kisses that Jodi Wilmott does.

Wilmott needs to pay more attention to Judge Stephens tone of voice. Her last three requests to approach have been answered by the Judge with an exasperated tone of voice.

Roll your eyes, Jodi. Clearly you are the superior being here.

Not to make any of you lovely ladies jealous, but . . . Mike reminds me of my husband! A lot! He looks like him. Except I think Mike must be about 10 years older. Same blue eyes, nose, hair (except hubby's is blonde/red). Lucky me! I buy him the same bright blue colored shirts to bring out...

Anyone watching Jodi? Is she showing her scribbles to Nurmi for approval? She also seems weirdly cheerful.

My take on this was that it should have been a flag to the psychologist administering the test that the multiple elevated scores may have meant she was trying to "beat" the test by giving untruthful answers - she had too many symptoms.

It is Wilmott's job to handle the experts, not Nurmi.

I agree Nurmi respects Juan's professional abilities. I have noticed often that he almost smiles when Juan rams a point home. Also that he does not get into the visible snits that Wilmott does.

I think Jodi is very close to losing it. I have noticed several times today she is concentrating so hard on her childish scribbling while trying to listen to the adults around her that she has had her mouth hanging open for long periods of time.

I do believe the witness is lying right now. This type of action on a case where you were an expert witness would not go unnoticed by the good dr., since this could have a huge impact on his career. I call B.S. on his not knowing or remembering.

Wow - mitigation specialist!! Who on this planet thinks wearing clown ruffles around their neck is flattering.

He can't testify as to a diagnosis of Jodi because he hasn't interviewed her. But he CAN testify that Travis would not be impaired after being shot. Ok, then.
