I'm wondering what you are referring to that we on the boards know that people in town do not? I feel like a lot of the rumors have been posted by people from the area.

But unless someone has talked, the circumstantial evidence is absolutely not enough to try these girls. So while everyone is surprised they still haven't been arrested, it makes sense to me. Rumors are enough to question someone sure, but they're not a reason to convict.

Again, I am going to be on the fence about how direct any involvement was until something comes out, because I cannot accept that some teenage girls somehow had the expertise to pull off a murder that leaves behind no evidence to the point where they are still walking the streets 2 months after...

It's making me a lot more curious about who was writing them. At this point there are people posting on Twitter from their real accounts straight up accusing people of murder without any pretense, so maybe the need for anonymity is gone?
