GUILTY WV - Skylar Neese, 16, Star City, 6 July 2012

That's not really what I'm trying to say when I ask these questions. I'm certainly not trying to imply that I believe these girls are necessarily innocent or being persecuted. I agree with you that their story is suspicious. What I am trying to point out is that it makes sense that there haven't...

Thanks for clarifying. I do agree that most people are only peripherally aware and do not discuss the details we do, but the rumors in town seem to be rampant. I'm of the camp that LE is doing everything they can now, though they clearly dropped the ball in the beginning. Hopefully someone is...

I'm wondering what you are referring to that we on the boards know that people in town do not? I feel like a lot of the rumors have been posted by people from the area.

But unless someone has talked, the circumstantial evidence is absolutely not enough to try these girls. So while everyone is surprised they still haven't been arrested, it makes sense to me. Rumors are enough to question someone sure, but they're not a reason to convict.

Again, I am going to be on the fence about how direct any involvement was until something comes out, because I cannot accept that some teenage girls somehow had the expertise to pull off a murder that leaves behind no evidence to the point where they are still walking the streets 2 months after...

It's making me a lot more curious about who was writing them. At this point there are people posting on Twitter from their real accounts straight up accusing people of murder without any pretense, so maybe the need for anonymity is gone?

I think it is, but honestly I'm not sure. Better safe than sorry, I guess!

I completely agree. That doesn't make sense to me.

I am not from the area, so a lot of these theories seem pretty out there to me. Not discounting them, though. I think if there was a different crime involved/a criminal element that would make sense. My current theory is that Skylar probably left the larger group with someone the night she...

LE, her parents, and pretty much everyone definitely already know who she left with. Even if the footage is clear enough that someone could identify the car, a security camera at an apartment complex is in no way going to be able to show any real detail. Since they already know who she was with...

I have been following this case from the beginning, and I am pretty torn. I do not personally believe she was murdered by those girls, because honestly I think there is no way they would have gotten away with it. Some teenagers are able to successfully murder their friend and leave behind no...

Heard the news and my heart just sank. RIP Skylar, I hope your family can find some peace.

Bumping for Skylar. I cannot accept that she is going to be forgotten.

100 questions from the jury: Arias answering on her 16th day on the stand #74

I don't know how to "multiquote", but to whoever is saying they are concerned that the jury will judge TA harshly because they are asking JA about following the Law of Attraction but not the Law of Chastity, I see it this way: They are probably not asking her because they are judging anyone...

There's a lot of talk about 'trading passwords', which I think is a totally different thing. If you and your partner both willingly agree to that, fine. But snooping in order to steal someone's password, which I believe is what Jodi did, is wrong.

I really don't think that's what this person is saying. These are in response to questions regarding Mormon theology- specifically regarding 'chastity'. Isn't this the reason we're supposed to keep religion talk off the thread?!

I agree with you totally. I think this is not the situation where anyone should "take a stand" so to speak and refuse to ask questions on principle. They want to clarify, they know this is a matter of life and death. I think anyone who had questions but refused to ask them because they are...
