The aftermath of the verdict *MERGED*

I think same as wanting to testify... Kind of a "Hey look at me I'm going to be accused of this bad thing but I'm a standup genuine guy because I'm approaching you with what I have to say about it so I'm really a good guy. You believe me now right." Why weren't the jury allowed to hear about...

How can GBC appeal? Discussion, links, and documents

I read the news article just then and it's expected he'd try to appeal but the grounds are ridiculous. The judge in so many words already told the jury that they were to only consider circumstantial evidence if they believed it was indicative of guilt and that on the whole of the evidence if...

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

Not sure if this is posted. It probably is I haven't had time to read through all the posts later today. This series has lots more new info. A profile on adult friend finder... He was scouting for women. What a creep...

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

ABC News 24 saying Allison's family shouted "Yes" as the verdict was read. I would have liked to hear and see that.

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

Channel 7 reporter got a bit emotional at the end there. Emotional for us all. I can't even imagine for the family.

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

I like GBC has to sit there and listen as they get to say how he has affected them and his daughters. That they get to tell the world how they feel.

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

Well done Allison for leaving your marks, that made such a difference to how this all went, both the day you were reported missing and today. Well done jury. Thank you.

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

Thank you jury. So happy they didn't fall for the BS. So happy they realised that she did not take her own life and let her daughters tothink that. Unfortunately for what they must now deal with re their father but at least he doesn't get custody.

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

Really? They mustn't have been able to use it in the trial. What a shame. Pretty good evidence I reckon.

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

I hope so. I hope someone hasn't convinced the others that reasonable doubt = all doubt. That last passage from the judge yesterday saying if there's any reasonable doubt it's their duty to find not guilty. Hoping they don't misinterpret reasonable doubt!

    ***GUILTY***The Verdict Waiting Room #3

I'm worried about yesterday's question of the judge and how that passage wrapped up... please jury give justice for this poor lady and her family.

    The Verdict Waiting Room #2

That is seriously crazy. They don't even say that it doesn't mean all doubt is required to be removed? In a circumstantial case with no confession 100% cannot be obtained, I hope they realise that because some people think it means all doubt.
