I think same as wanting to testify... Kind of a "Hey look at me I'm going to be accused of this bad thing but I'm a standup genuine guy because I'm approaching you with what I have to say about it so I'm really a good guy. You believe me now right."

Thank you jury. So happy they didn't fall for the BS. So happy they realised that she did not take her own life and let her daughters tothink that. Unfortunately for what they must now deal with re their father but at least he doesn't get custody.
I hope so. I hope someone hasn't convinced the others that reasonable doubt = all doubt. That last passage from the judge yesterday saying if there's any reasonable doubt it's their duty to find not guilty. Hoping they don't misinterpret reasonable doubt!
That is seriously crazy. They don't even say that it doesn't mean all doubt is required to be removed? In a circumstantial case with no confession 100% cannot be obtained, I hope they realise that because some people think it means all doubt.
