I was oddly more angry w the Defense for trying to discredit the victims testimony and trying to discount the DNA evidence. I understand wanting to give everyone -including those accused - with a fair trial, but when you are blatantly trying to hide factual data that shows your client raped and...

True it is interesting they are saying "killing". Could it be that someone else killed him while she was neglecting him? Either Paul, or a random neighbor?

Ha no that helps! Thanks :) I could see him getting into drugs on his own, her finding him dead, and then in a drug induced craze disposing. :( Or trying to drug him so he would sleep. I wouldn't be surprised by that, either...and then he stopped breathing bc of an OD. If the baby had...

I'm curious why he used the plea also. Was there lesser sentencing? I'm so confused.

Can someone explain the Alford Plea results please? From what I understand, If jury had convicted him, he would have gotten 3 life sentences with no parole. With Alford Plea, he gets one life in prison sentence w no parole. However, convictions can be on his record to use in future cases...

Thanks! I read that the prosecution for HG was in court today, which made me happy. I feel confident that the alford plea will be denied.
